Nic Jonsson
Nic Jonsson is a renowned racing driver hailing from Sweden. His exceptional skill and talent were evident from the start of his career, as he secured the Swedish National Karting championship three times. He has since joined the ranks of elite racers, competing in prestigious events such as the Scandinavian F3 Championship (which he won twice), the Swedish Touring Car Championship (also won twice), and the European Formula 3 Series.
Recognised for his outstanding skills on the track, Nic was invited to compete in the Indy Lights Series in the United States, while also taking part in the Formula Asia Series. He then received an offer to race in the Indy Car Series and became a test driver for Andesigns Inc and Lola UK. In 2000, Nic returned to the USA to compete in various highly competitive races such as the American Le Mans Series (ALMS), European Le Mans Series, Grand AM, SPEED World Challenge, Pirelli World Challenge, and the IMSA TUSCC. He also participated in the FIA Intercontinental Le Mans Cup Series and the FIA WEC for six years.
Since joining the Krohn Racing team in 2005, Nic has been an invaluable member, working alongside Tracy Krohn. Together, they have tackled some of the most challenging races in the world, including the iconic Le Mans 24 Hours, an impressive 14 times. As a
driver pairing, they have achieved podium finishes three times, solidifying their status as a formidable duo. Currently, Nic remains an active competitor in the Creventic 24H Series, where he drives a Porsche 992 GT3.
He is also the founder of KDE Managements Driver Development Program, where he shares his expertise and knowledge with aspiring racers.
