Junior Driver Development Program

KDE Management has partnered with ProeliumCompetition Karting to Create a “Junior Driver Development Program” to support young drivers already from the age of 10 and up. With the never-ending development and evolution of equipment in our sport, making the equipment both very reliable and evenly matched, we at KDE Management and ProeliumCompetition realize that the one and most important factor that can make the biggest difference is the DRIVER.

Junior Driver Development Program-3

We have designed a program to help these younger drivers who will be part of the KDE Management “JUNIOR” Driver Development Program. To become more technically aware of how to get the most out of their equipment, become stronger physically and more mentally prepared and resilient in tough and grueling race situations. We will also help to design a suitable nutritional program that will match the physical training program and be monitored on monthly basis by KDE.

We will also offer on track coaching with multi class SKUSA Champion Bryson Morris, that’s been on the KDE Management Driver Development Program for the last 5 years, and is today one of the lead drivers for Hyundai’s Bryan Herta Autosport’s factory program in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge series in the TCR category. Despite Bryson’s age he has already been successful racing internationally in both GT4, GT3 and LMP3 categories, by being dedicated to the KDE Management Driver Development Program.

KDE Management and Proelium Competition will offer a smooth transition into entry level car racing when the Drivers has reached the legal age and skill level, to start testing and prepare for a career in racing to become a professional race car driver. If the goal is to try to become a F1 or Indycar driver there is a specific path to take that we have designed in the most efficient and cost-effective way to reach these goals, and the same goes for a sports car career. Nic Founder and owner of KDE Management Driver Development Program, has an substantial resume driving everything from entry level single seaters such F3, F2 and Indy cars, Touring cars, GT4, GT3, GT2, GTLM, LMP3, Daytona Prototype, Group C, LMP2 and Nascar. Nic has raced professionally for several different manufacturers and top privateer teams for 32 plus years across the World with many victories and Championships to his name.

Motorsport is a very expensive and money driven sport, So Nic put together a 3-5 year plan specifically for each driver’s needs, and make sure to manage the development and progression curve both from a sporting and driver side, but also making sure to have a very transparent and honest financial plan, for what that driver should be able to accomplish within his or her financial abilities, to reach the goal of becoming a professional driver.
