KDE MANAGEMENT CONFIRMS DEMITRI NOLAN’S 2027 PLANS EARLY

WITH DEAL TO REMAIN IN GB4 CHAMPIONSHIP

Rising motor racing talent Demitri Nolan will remain in the UK based GB4 Championship partnered by the BRDC in 2027, after KDE Management completed a deal with the highly successful Hillspeed team for the Texan’s sophomore season overseas.

The 21-year-old, from Fairview, has been very impressive in his first year as a Hillspeed driver in GB4 and in only the third race meeting he achieved his maiden podium thanks to an outstanding drive to second place at Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit.

With one event remaining in the 2026 season, at Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit just under three weeks from now, Nolan is determined to end the campaign on a high and to then carry significant momentum into the winter months before testing for next year begins.

His aforementioned podium finish in the summer in round nine, a race he actually led for half the distance, came after he had achieved his first ever pole position for the previous race. Since that time Nolan has continued to progress and improve, and has scored in 14 of the 18 races contested. In agreeing a deal so soon with Hillspeed for 2027, a team with which Nolan and KDE Management have developed an excellent working relationship, the American will certainly be aiming to make the most of that continuity.

GB4 is arguably considered one of the most competitive ‘slicks and wings’ on the globe, running the Tatuus MSV GB4-025 chassis which is powered by a 2.0-litre, four cylinder normally aspirated Mountune engine. The championship is very much a springboard to GB3, FIA Formula 3 and beyond as well as a great proving ground for drivers eyeing future careers in sportscar and GT racing.

Before travelling to the UK to race in GB4, Nolan was sixth in the F4 United States Championship, achieving a podium at Virginia International Raceway, and 2024 marked his debut in single-seaters in the Ligier Junior Formula Championship (Ligier JS F4 Series), where he was 10th overall.

Nic Jonsson – KDE Management:

“Securing a seat with Hillspeed once again, one of the leading GB4 teams, for the 2027 season give us plenty of time to continue working hard throughout the off-season. We’ll return for pre-season testing in a familiar environment, with the same excellent infrastructure and support that Richard has put together. We’re really looking forward to another great and successful campaign with the Hillspeed team, continuing to build on the progress we’ve made and pushing for even more
throughout 2027.”

Richard Ollerenshaw – Hillspeed Team Principal:

“We are absolutely delighted to have retained Demitri for the 2027 GB4 Championship. To agree a deal so soon is fantastic news for everyone at Hillspeed and we really are over the moon to be able to continue working together. Demitri has made some quite exceptional progress this season and we’re sure he will make even bigger strides next year in his second season of GB4, as we continue the great relationship we have built.”
